Homex seems to be closing in on the purchase of our beloved Loreto Bay!!!!!!! A long awaited buy- in for the community. Three owners in 3 years!  What will they do?  Will they ask us?  What will they build?  What will they do to finish what has been finished?  What will the Paseo look like?  Will they develop a business center? Will they build a long term parking lot?  Will they give us a community space?  Will they build a connective water way to the Sea of Cortez?  Will we get a small marina?  Will there be any restaurants?  Will they take over the Inn?  Will they help the golf course?  What about Tennis courts?  Will the rest of the community pools be started & finished?  Will they have a warranty crew to help pick up where the last 2 regimes failed? What about a concierge service for guests?  Will they get it done?  We can only sit back and hope that they get it right!

Speaking for the San Fransisco Bay area group, I know we will help the new regime in whatever way we can! The sub regimes and the master regime are ready to do there part to help!
