It has been a month since I have posted the news about Butterfield’s attempt to purchase Loreto. The HOA sub regimes seem to be the big buzz. Everyone in Founders has been talking on a great site for Homeowners only, called Club Loreto Bay. It has almost 500 members talking about all the issues of the area. Of most concern is regarding with financial part of the sub regime turnover. There are many ideas bouncing from side to side, it’s like a tennis match. I am still more interested in who is going to finish our dreams for a great Loreto. Time will tell and I hope its getting closer to that time. The quiet workings in Agua Viva and the dull whisper of workers on the Posadas is nice for the dust & noise level but it will be nice to have that turned back on!
